Inside there is an open-plan living and dining area, two guest rooms with full-size beds, closets and smart TVs, and a master bedroom with a king bed, smart TV and private bathroom. Outside, the pool area and BBQ pit are where guests spend most of the day.

The complex is fully private to registered guests, with parking on site. The beach is three minutes away, along with hiking and biking trails — and it is the one property we can open up entirely for a family gathering.
